Founded nearly 40 years ago, we are a 50-attorney business law firm serving government contractors and commercial businesses across the country. Our labor and employment practice operates as an advisory-first team, sitting alongside a nationally recognized government contracts group. This pairing gives attorneys regular exposure to matters that blend traditional EEO and labor counseling with the regulatory complexity unique to federal contracting, without the caseload pressure of a litigation-heavy practice.
Advise and represent management-side clients on California labor and employment matters, serving as first- or second-chair in California state and federal litigation and arbitration, with additional exposure to the firm's nationwide commercial litigation practice. The firm currently engages local counsel for California matters and is building this seat in-house for someone who can handle both advice-and-counsel work and litigation when needed.
