Jobot seeks a Labor & Employment Counsel or Partner for a fully remote role serving CA matters. You’ll advise management on wage-hour issues, discrimination and miscellaneous employment laws, and may lead CA litigation when needed. Flexible path from senior associate to partner with substantial portable book possible; base salary ranges and bonuses reflect seniority.

Remote nationwide in the US; require CA bar admission and willingness to obtain DC waiver. Generous benefits and 401(k) offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of substantive labor and employment litigation experience in California.
• Strong wage-and-hour knowledge and PAGA handling is required.
• Experience advising management on California labor and employment matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise and represent management-side clients in CA labor and employment matters in state/federal court and arbitration.
• Lead as first- or second-chair in litigation and coordinate with outside counsel when needed.
• Support national commercial litigation practice and manage travel as required.
