You will join a group serving national clients, handling litigation and counseling projects, including research, briefs, witness investigations, discovery, and policy updates. Candidates must have at least 6 years of employment law experience and be licensed in their state.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of employment law experience required.
• Prior law firm experience preferred.
• Must be licensed in the state you live in.

Responsibilities

• Legal research, drafting position statements, briefs, and motions.
• Witness and fact investigations, discovery work.
• Counseling national clients, updating employment policies and manuals.
