The role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, laboratory operations, vendors, and IT teams to implement, support, and enhance solutions that improve efficiency and service delivery.

Ideal candidates have Healthcare IT experience, strong project management skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant Business Systems Analyst, Healthcare IT, or Applications Analyst experience.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and supporting system implementations.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain applications and technologies serving the laboratory customer base.
• Coordinate and manage project activities, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and system enhancements.
• Provide application, product, and customer support to end users.
• Track project milestones and maintain status reports and spreadsheets for leadership and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate resolution efforts, and communicate updates effectively.
• Support healthcare application implementations, upgrades, and optimization efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and business partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Assist with interface monitoring and support, including HL7 messaging and healthcare data exchanges.
