Job summary

Bora Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and create training programs that build employee skills, support career growth, and align with organizational goals. This is a temporary contract role lasting approximately 6 months and can be remote.

The role partners closely with HR, department leaders, and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and create engaging, effective learning solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of experience in learning & development, training, or instructional design.
• Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Camtasia).
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs and materials to build employee skills and career growth.
• Partner with HR, department leaders, and subject matter experts to identify learning needs.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions on performance management, leadership development, and IDPs.
• Create and maintain e-learning content, job aids, and facilitator guides.
• Track program participation and provide enrollment reporting.
