Job summary

ICU Medical is seeking a Learning & Development Partner to educate and coach our customer-facing sales teams across IV Solutions, Consumables, and Oncology. You will design and deliver blended education programs, including product knowledge, sales skills, clinical insights, and onboarding initiatives.

The role is remote in the United States (excluding Colorado, California, Connecticut, Montana, Maine and New York) with 20–50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required; BSN preferred.
• Experience in sales education, coaching, or training within healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design basics.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; ability to coach diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver education programs to sales teams across IV Solutions, Consumables, and Oncology.
• Develop blended education solutions: e-learning, instructor-led sessions, and on-the-job training.
• Analyze program effectiveness using metrics and stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with product launches and market needs.
• Coach field sales teams and managers to improve ramp-up time and performance.
