Job summary

ICU Medical is seeking a Learning & Development Partner to educate and coach customer-facing sales professionals. The role focuses on product and clinical knowledge, sales skills, and onboarding, with collaboration across functions to align with market needs.

The role supports education initiatives for ICU Medical's IV Solutions, Consumables, and Oncology teams, and may require 20–50% travel. Remote-based with broad US coverage, excluding limited states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; BSN preferred.
• 3+ years in sales, clinical, and/or sales effectiveness.
• 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably IV solutions, infusion consumables, and CSTDs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales excellence by enhancing knowledge, skills and competencies of commercial teams.
• Enhance sales management effectiveness through leadership and coaching development.
• Develop and deliver blended learning solutions (e-learning, instructor-led, virtual, self-study).
