Job summary

CareDx, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Liaison to support transplant centers and patients across the United States. You will interact with medical professionals, coordinate patient management, and ensure timely delivery of CareDx's transplant services.

The role requires an RN, with 5+ years transplant experience and proficiency in Excel and Salesforce. Travel will be 25-30% within the geography; you will educate centers, resolve issues, and drive process improvements while ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• RN degree required.
• 5+ years transplant experience preferred.
• Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator (CCTC) preferred.
• 25-30% field travel within assigned geography.
• Ability to thrive independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in reporting and data analytic tools like Excel, Salesforce.com.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and to develop cross-functional partnerships.
• Proven experience in managing customer expectations and product development updates.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient management, focusing on CareDx's laboratory tests.
• Act as Clinical Educator with transplant center staff to streamline workflows.
• Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely delivery of CareDx solutions.
• Respond to and resolve external requests, including order entry, results, reporting, and reimbursement.
• Coordinate blood draw logistics with patients and ensure compliant orders.
• Lead operational efficiency exercises and improve ordering processes for providers.
• Coordinate timely processing for samples and customer inquiries.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, CLIA, FDA, and other regulations.
