Qualifications

• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent client service and teamwork with KRS staff to develop and implement new technologies.
• Expertise with standard legal resources: Lexis, Westlaw, Bloomberg Law, WK Intelliconnect, Pacer.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to accuracy and detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee knowledge and research services within assigned office(s).
• Supervise Research Analysts and provide ongoing professional development.
• Deliver high-quality research for attorneys and staff across topics and formats.
• Advise on AI-assisted research tools and validate outputs for accuracy.
• Monitor developments and coordinate with vendors on access and onboarding.
• Work with the Electronic Resources team on acquisitions and budget goals.
