Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing people.
• Master’s degree in library science or related field.
• Strong knowledge of legal and business research tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day research services, set priorities and align with needs.
• Supervise research managers and analysts with coaching and development.
• Oversee centralized and virtual research workflow for consistency and quality.
• Monitor data, service trends, feedback, and priorities to improve support.
• Partner with the Director of Information Services to set goals and plans.
• Promote services by building relationships with attorneys and groups.
• Create and support training for researchers, attorneys, and staff.
• Provide subject-matter expertise on tools and research strategy.
• Work with vendors and stakeholders to evaluate and improve tools.
• Participate in department initiatives and other projects as assigned.
• May require work outside normal hours for urgent needs.
