Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Manager Knowledge to lead a skilled Knowledge Management team in a fast-paced, remote setting. You will guide analysts, ensure knowledge assets are captured, shared, and accessible, and collaborate with stakeholders across product and training teams.

You will oversee QA, drive initiatives to improve customer experience, and deliver trainings while mentoring staff. A Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in applicable focus area or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two years’ Knowledge Management experience or equivalent Learning & Development and software/client service experience while leveraging a knowledge base.
• 3+ years Supervisor or Management Experience.
• Experience with MS Office and strong writing/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee knowledge-related activities including capture, sharing, and accessibility of knowledge assets.
• Maintain Knowledge Management and Quality Assurance service levels.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to promote and optimize usage of knowledge assets.
• Support product/organization initiatives through knowledge assets.
• Coordinate training needs with internal training department.
• Identify and lead knowledge and operations initiatives to improve customer experience.
• Deliver trainings to internal partners and communicate effectively at all levels.
