Job summary

University of Texas at Austin’s Enterprise Technology - Engagement and Experience team seeks a Business Analyst I to develop and maintain knowledge base content, translating system changes into accessible materials for campus users. You will analyze needs, create engaging eLearning resources, and present technical information to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience creating system-related instructional documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with authoring tools and learning management systems.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Content Development/Management: Create, update, and approve knowledge base content for end users; translate requirements into intuitive materials.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with partners and content managers to keep articles current and effective.
• Enablement Analysis: Develop reports and dashboards to inform enablement enhancements; use AI insights.
• Adoption and Enablement Support: Help transition courses to self-paced formats; collaborate with SMEs.
• Perform other related functions as assigned.
