Job summary

Phase2 Technology seeks a Business Analyst I to develop and maintain knowledge base content and training materials for campus users. You will translate business requirements into clear, user-centered documents and use AI to enhance Tier 0 training.

You’ll collaborate with partners and subject matter experts, build dashboards to track enablement, and support transitioning courses to self-paced formats across projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years experience creating system related instructional documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with authoring tools and learning management system.
• Writing skills: exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to convey system instructions in an understandable and engaging manner.
• Attention to detail and meticulous documentation.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn new systems and tools.
• U.S. Citizenship, resident, or asylee with eligibility for access to sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and approve knowledge base content for end users.
• Translate requirements into intuitive training materials and documentation.
• Conduct gap analyses and improve resolution rates and user experience.
• Respond to content updates and enablement requests.
• Leverage AI to create Tier 0 self-service training materials.
• Coordinate with partners to ensure up-to-date knowledge assets.
• Develop reports and dashboards to inform enablement decisions.
• Support transition of courses to self-paced formats.
