The University of Texas at Austin is seeking a Business Analyst I to join Enterprise Technology - Engagement and Experience in Austin, TX. This role develops knowledge base content and training materials, analyzes campus needs, and partners with experts to create engaging eLearning resources.

We offer flexible work arrangements across the United States, though on-campus involvement is preferred for critical meetings and client engagement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years creating system related instructional documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with authoring tools and learning management system.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills for clear system instructions.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• U.S. Citizenship, resident, or recognized asylee; eligible for work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and approve knowledge base content for system end users.
• Translate business requirements and system changes into user-centered materials.
• Develop and leverage AI for Tier 0 employee training materials and docs.
• Coordinate with content owners to keep articles updated and accurate.
• Develop reports and dashboards to inform enhancement decisions.
