OpenTrain AI is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst to apply systems analysis and technical consulting expertise to AI training work. You will examine complex systems and business processes, clarify opportunities for improvement, and contribute domain knowledge to the design and validation of AI training data and scenarios.

This role combines requirements work, process modeling, SQL analysis, troubleshooting, and quality-focused collaboration.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or in a closely related technical consulting role.
• Strong requirements elicitation and process-modeling capabilities.
• Expertise with BPMN or UML for modeling.
• Advanced SQL proficiency for analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively on remote projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze computer systems and business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather, document, and validate requirements from diverse stakeholders.
• Develop detailed business process models using BPMN and UML.
• Use SQL to extract, analyze, and interpret data for process optimization and issue resolution.
• Diagnose technical challenges and propose actionable solutions for platform development.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other professionals remotely.
