Kitchen Tune-Up seeks an experienced Remote Project Manager to coordinate 10–20 residential kitchen/bath projects from a remote location across North Atlanta. You will oversee scheduling, budgeting, and vendor coordination, ensuring high client satisfaction and on-time completion.

The role requires organized, proactive professionals who can maintain quality control, documentation, and effective communication with homeowners and installers in a fast-paced remote setting.

Qualifications

• 3 years of project-management experience involving U.S. residential construction or remodeling.
• Direct experience managing kitchen, bathroom, cabinetry, or residential renovation projects.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate more than five active projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. residential construction methods, terminology, and sequencing.
• Experience reviewing plans, measurements, scopes of work, specifications, and product documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate 10–20 active kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects simultaneously.
• Review project scopes, plans, measurements, schedules, and budgets before construction begins.
• Develop and maintain realistic project schedules.
• Coordinate installers, trade partners, vendors, deliveries, and homeowners.
• Monitor daily progress and next steps; identify delays or cost overruns early and implement corrective actions.
