Job summary

Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking a Remote Project Manager to coordinate multiple residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects from pre-construction to completion. You’ll report to the Operations Manager and ensure quality, timelines, and budgets across 10–20 active projects.

Experience with U.S. residential remodeling, cabinetry, and coordinating vendors is essential. Strong English communication and a proactive, detail-oriented approach are required for success in this remote role.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of project-management experience involving U.S. residential construction or remodeling.
• Direct experience coordinating kitchen, bathroom, cabinetry, or residential renovation projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage more than five active projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. residential construction methods and sequencing.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate 10–20 active kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects simultaneously.
• Review scopes, plans, measurements, budgets, and schedules before construction begins.
• Develop and update realistic project schedules and track progress.
• Coordinate installers, trade partners, vendors, deliveries, and homeowners.
• Maintain project documentation and photos in company systems.
• Ensure projects stay within scope and budget and manage risks.
