Qualifications

• 5+ years of field sales, key account management, or related customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated direct customer selling and relationship-management experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with MRP/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key Industrial customers across the Americas, focusing on Automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers and the Distribution network.
• Identify and develop growth opportunities within existing and prospective accounts, including New Space and Defense markets.
• Manage assigned accounts with engagement plans, including opportunity management, contract negotiations, and forecasting.
• Achieve annual sales targets and negotiate long-term supply agreements that support growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop account strategies and deliver on commitments.
• Coordinate proposals with Product Management, Technical Support, Operations, Supply Chain, and R&D.
