iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Key Account Manager for the Denver area to grow and sustain high-volume accounts across the healthcare sector. You will partner with the sales organization and coordinate with Marketing, Customer Care, and Clinical Operations to maximize patient outcomes and account performance.

The role requires 3+ years in account management, strong communication with executives, and the ability to travel up to 20%. Remote work is available for the US region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• At least 3 years in an account management or customer success role supporting large or complex accounts.
• Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, and Sales Account Manager in a healthcare, medical device, or biotechnology environment.
• Self-directed and proactive.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Grow, nurture, and maintain high-volume accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Care, Clinical Operations) to drive outcomes.
• Train customers on service tools (ZioSuite, MyZio) and resolve issues promptly.
• Attend and support customer meetings and Quarterly Business Review sessions.
• Develop action plans to improve account performance and lead strategic initiatives.
