iRhythm Technologies is seeking a Key Account Manager to support our Denver-area customers from a remote base. You will manage top accounts, drive performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value and ensure patient outcomes.

This role emphasizes strong leadership, strategic planning, and proactive customer advocacy. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in account management within healthcare or biotech, excellent communication, and the ability to travel up to 20%

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in account management or customer success with large/complex accounts.
• Healthcare, medical device or biotechnology background preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills at all levels, including executives.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Sales to ensure success of customers and patients in large accounts.
• Monitor registration volume, device inventory, satisfaction, and workflow efficiency.
• Serve as primary liaison with internal teams (billing, operations, legal, finance, care).
• Train customers on iRhythm service tools (ZioSuite, MyZio).
• Resolve customer issues promptly and propose process improvements.
• Attend key meetings and QBRs; develop action plans to improve performance.
