Stäubli is seeking a Data Centers Key Account Manager to drive strategic relationships with key clients, maximize value and ensure retention. You will coordinate with the FCS Data Centers team, build account strategies, and analyze sales data to uncover growth opportunities.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and industry knowledge, with travel up to 75% domestically and internationally, and a fully remote work arrangement with onboarding in Duncan, SC.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a specialization in Mechanical or Thermal Engineering is highly preferred.
• 3 years of sales experience in a technical field is required.
• 5+ years of key account management in a technical field, with a focus on thermal management solutions in data centers of high‑performance computing is preferred.
• Proven experience in key account management with the ability to foster long-term client relationships.
• Must live near a major airport - preferable within 1-2 hours flight to the west coast.

Mansioni

• The Data Center Key Account Manager will be the primary point of contact with Staubli’s Data Center key accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current or new customers, channel partners, and co-suppliers on regular basis, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs.
• Educate and persuade potential customers on the value and advantages of Staubli products and services.
• Gain market insights to identify product development opportunities, share competition intelligence, to ultimately generate new Business Development opportunities for Staubli Data Center product portfolio.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demos, and workshops to customers and prospective clients, creating value.
• Participate in weekly North American & Global meetings and calls, to align on strategy and activities with management and the Data Centre team.
• Define and share forecasts and periodic market & customer trend analysis.
• Actively and timely communicate and create reports to both local and global Data Center Segment Team members – utilizing Staubli CRM.
• Actively attend various marketing events, trade shows, and industry functions to network and promote the company offering.
• Generate and follow up on leads in timely manner.
• To gain and provide needed technical specification information to Technical/Applications Team to generate new projects.
• To efficiently handle any customer’s claim in a shortest timeframe and keep highest standard of customer satisfaction.
• Adheres to all safety, quality and environmental standards.
