Job summary

Staubli is seeking a Data Centers Key Account Manager to build strategic relationships with major clients, drive revenue, and ensure retention. You will coordinate with the FCS division, deliver technical presentations, and lead growth initiatives for Staubli Data Center solutions.

The role requires a strong background in technical sales within the data center sector, excellent communication, and willingness to travel up to 75%. Remote work is supported with onboarding in Duncan, SC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Engineering degree in Mechanical or Thermal preferred.
• 3 years of sales experience in a technical field required.
• 5+ years in key account management in a technical field preferred (thermals/datacenter).
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and live near a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for Data Center key accounts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Educate customers on Staubli products and services.
• Share market insights and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demos, and workshops.
• Attend North America and Global meetings to align strategy and activities.
• Communicate forecasts and market trends to the team.
• Create CRM reports for local and global Data Center teams.
• Represent Staubli at marketing events and trade shows.
• Generate and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with Technical/Applications team for project specs.
