Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Kazakh and English.
• 2+ years of professional interpreting experience (immigration, legal, government preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time Kazakh-English telephonic interpretation for USCIS interviews, hearings, and official proceedings.
• Deliver interpretation with accuracy, impartiality, and professionalism in immigration and legal contexts.
• Adhere to USCIS/DHS interpreter standards and confidentiality rules.
• Handle both scheduled assignments and urgent/surge requests.
• Participate in training, compliance refreshers, and quality assurance audits.
