Job summary

Tutor Me Education is seeking experienced tutors to provide 1:1 and small group virtual instruction to students nationwide. You will design engaging lessons tailored to goals, accommodations, and individual learning profiles, delivering sessions remotely from your own setup.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree, experience with students who have learning disabilities, familiarity with IEPs/504 plans, strong online teaching skills, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
Experience with students who have learning disabilities, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, or other special education needs.
Familiarity with IEPs, 504 plans, and common accommodations.
Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations.
Strong virtual instruction skills using video conferencing and digital tools.
Ability to pass a background check.
Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

Deliver 1:1 and small group virtual instruction tailored to each student's goals and learning profile.
Create structured lesson plans aligned to goals, standards, and accommodations.
Adapt instruction in real time based on student questions and progress.
Track student progress and communicate with families and school partners.
