Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience with students who have learning disabilities or ADHD, autism, or related needs.
• Familiarity with IEPs, 504 plans, and common accommodations.
• Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to goals and accommodations.
• Strong virtual instruction skills with online engagement.
• Must pass a background check.
• Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace.
