Job summary

Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training nationwide. This flexible, remote-friendly independent contractor role fits around other commitments, with complete, polished materials and a three-day trainer certification process.

You will deliver research-based professional development to teachers and work with schools and districts across the country, drawing on your real-world experience and your passion for education.

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field.
• Are self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Want work that fits your life (many of our trainers keep their full-time positions).
• Are a current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Come alive in front of a room and love presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning, not someday.
• Help schools and districts strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement with strategies refined over 30+ years.
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide, drawing on your own real-world experience.
• Represent Time To Teach with the three P's we look for: personality, professionalism, and passion for the educators you serve.
