Time To Teach is expanding its national trainer team and seeks experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training. This independent contractor role offers flexibility, remote work, and no quotas.

You bring credibility and classroom experience; we provide materials, certification, and a strong support network. Trainers deliver ready-to-use PD, serve diverse schools, and can maintain full-time roles elsewhere.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Enjoy presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning.
• Strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement with experienced-led strategies.
• Serve schools nationwide, drawing on real-world experience.
• Represent Time To Teach with personality, professionalism, and passion for educators.
