Job summary

Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training to schools nationwide. This remote-friendly independent contractor role requires presenting, coaching, and delivering ready-to-use materials with no quotas and total flexibility.

Trainers receive per-event compensation, certification is provided virtually, and you join a warm national community of fellow educators.

Qualifications

• Must be a current or retired K-12 teacher or related educator role
• Strong presentation and coaching skills for adult learners
• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or related field
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Flexible schedule to fit around other commitments

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development to teachers for immediate classroom use
• Represent Time To Teach with professionalism and passion
• Complete Time To Teach trainer certification before delivering first event
• Earn compensation per training event based on effort and engagement
