Job summary

Time To Teach is expanding its national trainer team and seeks experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training. This is a flexible, remote-friendly independent contractor role with no quotas, where you bring classroom credibility and we provide materials and certification.

You'll deliver training across public, private, and charter schools, using proven content and a three-day virtual trainer certification.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, or educator.
• Enjoy presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or related field.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Fits life balance: can keep a full-time job alongside training work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning.
• Help schools strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement.
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide drawing on real-world experience.
• Represent Time To Teach with personality, professionalism, and passion.
