Job summary

Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training nationwide as independent contractors. This role is flexible, remote-friendly, and designed to fit around a full‑time job, family, or retirement, with no quotas and no curriculum to write.

You bring credible classroom experience; we provide ready‑to‑deliver materials and support. As a trainer, you will deliver research-based PD that teachers can use Monday morning, coach schools

Qualifications

• Are a current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant
• Come alive in front of a room and love presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners
• Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field
• Are self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Want work that fits your life (many of our trainers keep their full-time positions)

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning, not someday
• Help schools and districts strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement with strategies refined over 30+ years
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide, drawing on your own real-world experience
• Represent Time To Teach with the three P's we look for: personality, professionalism, and passion for the educators you serve
