Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training as independent contractors. The role is flexible and remote-friendly, designed to fit around a full-time job, family, or retirement, with no quotas or curricula to write.

Trainers receive ready-to-deliver materials, per-event compensation, and access to a three-day virtual certification. You’ll join a national community of educators whose work reaches thousands of students.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Love presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning.
• Help schools and districts strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement.
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide, drawing on real-world experience.
• Represent Time To Teach with personality, professionalism, and passion for educators you serve.
