Job summary

Embrace Software Inc. is seeking a Junior Business Transformation Analyst to join the Diligence team and work on acquisitions and post-acquisition analysis. You will assist in integrating operations, processes, and systems post-acquisition while reporting to champions in the Diligence team.

This is a remote position with exposure to CEOs, COOs, and CFOs during high-visibility initiatives. You will design and implement new processes, evaluate software platforms, and monitor the impact of changes,

Responsibilities

Assist in designing and implementing new processes and procedures post-acquisition.
Assist in implementing necessary software tools and processes at the portfolio company to improve productivity and obtain more visibility into the business.
Work closely with senior team members; monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process changes.
Assist in evaluating different software platforms and selecting more relevant platforms against the requirements.
Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools.
Engage effectively with other members of the diligence and finance teams who report directly to the CEO of Embrace.
Assist in due diligence of potential acquisitions and investor reporting.
