Job summary

IT Girl Agency, a boutique influencer management firm focusing on motherhood creators, seeks a Junior Talent Manager for a fully remote, 30–40 hour workweek. You will guide influencer collaborations, manage schedules, and negotiate deals to drive growth and revenue.

You will oversee communications, track campaign progress, and align with agency goals while staying current with industry trends in the motherhood space.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an influencer talent manager.
• Proven track record managing influencer-brand collaborations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Available during standard business hours for internal and external communications.
• Familiarity with influencer platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned influencers, managing schedules and deals.
• Organize influencers' inboxes and ensure timely communications.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
• Monitor campaign progress and deadlines; provide updates to influencers and brands.
• Develop personalized growth strategies for each influencer.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align with agency goals.
• Stay informed on motherhood industry trends and opportunities.
