Job summary

Birdy Grey is seeking an Influencer Relations Manager for a 4-month parental leave coverage. Based remotely in the US, you will drive influencer partnerships, manage campaigns, and guide gifting and collaboration strategies with cross-functional teams.

The role demands 4+ years in influencer marketing, strong negotiation skills, and fluency with Instagram and TikTok as marketing channels. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with the option for flexible remote work and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent relations at a DTC or consumer brand
• Negotiated and signed creator contracts autonomously, know fair rates by follower count and engagement
• Able to mentor others, give clear feedback, and manage cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent IG and TikTok marketing channel fluency, not just usage

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day influencer and ambassador activity across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
• Point of contact for ambassador program, briefing, content collection and sharing with paid Marketing
• Maintain active influencer roster (paid and gifted) and nurture relationships
• Source, negotiate, and sign 2027 paid partnerships within budget and terms
