Above Group, Inc. is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support Senior Project Managers on AE and cross‑discipline MEP/FP projects. You’ll help keep projects on scope, schedule, and budget, and serve as a main contact between clients, contractors, sub‑consultants, and internal design teams.

You’ll gain real responsibility by managing approximately $0.5M–$1.5M in annual billings, contributing to proposals, and helping shape standards and processes across project teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or related field preferred.
• Post-degree experience in AE/MEP projects preferred.
• PE license or AIA registration preferred.
• Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Excellent written and oral communication.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in managing scope, schedule, and budget for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with external sub-consultants and internal teams.
• Interpret design documents and contribute to technical writing.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, contractors, and PMs.
• Support business development and proposal writing.
• Maintain project schedules and records.
• Ensure timely RFIs and submittals.
