Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in MEP/AE firms.
• PE license or AIA registration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for projects and sub consultants.
• Create design criteria documents and related reports.
• Maintain client/contractor communication and lead project teams.
• Conduct quality control checks on drawings and specs.
• Support business development and prepare proposals.
• Coordinate contracts with sub-consultants and ensure signatures.
• Keep project documentation up to date and track schedules.
• Mentor staff and contribute to company standards.
• Market services and represent the firm at events.
