Above Group, Inc. invites applications for a Senior Project Manager to lead AE/MEP/FP projects. The role emphasizes scope, schedule, and budget control across multi-disciplinary teams, while mentoring staff and ensuring high-quality design delivery.

The ideal candidate brings at least 10 years' post-degree experience, PE or AIA credentials, and strong skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project to drive project success in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years experience (post degree) in MEP/AE firms.
• Professional Engineering (PE) License or Registered Architect (AIA).
• Proficient knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD; experienced with Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for multiple projects and sub-consultants.
• Prepare and review Basis of Design, design criteria, and technical documents.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, contractors, and project teams.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to process development and standardization.
• Oversee timesheets, project tracking, and client relations.
