You will help keep projects on scope, on schedule, and on budget, acting as a dependable contact between clients, contractors, sub‑consultants, and internal design teams. This growth role includes managing approximately $0.5M–$1.5M in annual billings, contributing to proposals, and helping shape standards and processes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or Registered Architect (AIA).
• 5–10 years of post‑degree experience with an MEP engineering or AE firm.
• Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD; knowledge of WBS and EVM.
• Familiar with PMI methodologies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to edit design specs and RFIs.

Aufgaben

• Assist in managing scope, schedule, and budget for assigned projects; coordinate with external design sub‑consultants and internal design teams; manage approximately $0.5M–$1.5M in annual billings.
• Interpret and contribute to Basis of Design documents, design criteria documents, reports, and other technical written documents.
• Maintain clear communication between clients, contractors, and senior project managers on all active projects.
• Conduct quality control reviews of drawings, specifications, and narratives; identify and elevate oversights for review and correction.
• Support business development, including project interviews, technical writing for proposals, and fee proposals.
• Assist with contract coordination for sub‑consultants; support approval and distribution processes.
• Maintain project schedules and calendars with key deadlines; keep records and logs current.
• Ensure RFI and submittal response times meet company standards and document communications.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation and adherence to standards and processes.
• Submit timesheets on time and monitor team compliance.
• Represent the company in marketing and industry events as requested.
