PCI Energy Solutions is hiring a Junior Project Manager to assist with planning and execution of energy projects. You will support scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and cross-functional coordination under senior PM guidance.

Ideal candidates have 0–3 years of PM experience, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and a willingness to learn PCI methodologies. The role offers flexible hours and remote work with occasional in-office needs.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years’ experience in project management or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, IT, or related field; CAPM/PMP progress is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Microsoft Project preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties to support project execution.
• Help deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Document project scopes, objectives, and stakeholder requirements.
• Track resource availability and allocation.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Monitor changes in scope, schedule, and costs; escalate issues.
• Assist in measuring project performance using PCI systems and tools.
• Prepare weekly status reports for the project manager.
• Support communication with clients and vendors to maintain relationships.
• Identify, document, and monitor project risks.
