Job summary

PCI Energy Solutions in Norman, OK is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support planning and execution of energy production, distribution and sustainability projects. Under the guidance of senior staff, you’ll assist with scheduling, documentation, resource coordination and budget tracking.

This role emphasizes clear communication across teams and vendors to keep project information accurate and on track, with goal of progressing toward independent ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; CAPM/PMP is a plus.
• 0–3 years in project management, coordination or related function.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with MS Project is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating internal resources and third parties to support project execution.
• Support projects to deliver on time, within scope and within budget.
• Document project scopes and objectives with stakeholders.
• Track resource availability and allocation.
• Maintain project plans and schedules; document progress.
• Track changes in scope, schedule and costs; escalate issues.
• Prepare weekly status reports and updates.
• Maintain client and vendor communications.
• Identify, document, and monitor project risks.
• Other duties as assigned.
