Job summary

PCI Energy Solutions, a global energy tech leader, seeks a Junior Project Manager to assist in planning and coordinating projects across energy production, distribution, and sustainability. You will support scheduling, documentation, and budgets under the guidance of senior PMs, ensuring clear communication among teams, stakeholders, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0-3 years’ experience in project management, coordination, or related function.
• CAPM certification or progress toward PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating internal resources and third parties to support project execution.
• Support project teams in delivering projects on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Help gather and document project scopes and objectives with stakeholders under a senior PM.
• Track resource availability and allocation.
• Maintain project plans and schedules and create comprehensive documentation.
• Escalate scope, schedule, or cost changes to senior project staff.
• Assist in measuring project performance using PCI prescribed systems and tools.
• Prepare weekly status reports and communicate updates to the PM.
• Support communication with clients and stakeholders and vendor relationships.
• Identify, document, and monitor project risks.
