Job summary

Veridos America is seeking a Junior Program Manager to support the Ohio BMV Driver’s License and ID Card System implementation and ongoing operations. This hands-on role collaborates with the Senior Program Manager and customer stakeholders, with remote work and periodic travel to Ohio BMV sites.

You will assist in project planning, stakeholder coordination, operational support, and account management across the lifecycle, with opportunities for growth within the Professional Services

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, program management, or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management/collaboration tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate in a matrixed organization.
• Strong customer-facing, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 15% based on business needs.
• U.S. citizenship required and subject to successful background screening.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project schedules, workplans, WBS, action item logs, risk registers, issue logs, status reports, and project documentation.
• Coordinate project meetings with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Support preparation and submission of contractual deliverables.
• Monitor project health, milestones, service levels, and contractual commitments.
• Assist with customer relationship management and service delivery reporting metrics.
• Support account growth activities including proposals, renewals, and onboarding of new projects.
