Lead coordination among cross-functional teams supporting Contract Liquor Agencies to ensure operational excellence. Drive alignment of team schedules and workflows to optimize resource allocation and reduce redundancies. Manage planning and delivery of initiatives, ensuring consistency with the organization’s strategic goals. Facilitate communication through meetings, digital platforms, and reporting tools to promote transparency. Oversee CRM system management, including agency visit records, to support compliance and data-driven decisions. Identify risks, resolve issues across teams, and implement continuous improvement strategies. Track key metrics, prepare leadership reports, and suggest adjustments to improve outcomes.

Shift/Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Education/Licenses Needed
