Job summary

Blue Water Thinking is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead strategic healthcare initiatives within integrated delivery systems. This role requires deep expertise in project management, healthcare analytics, and business process reengineering to analyze problems and create innovative, cost-aware solutions that improve Veteran outcomes.

You will manage multi-workstream plans, oversee risk and budgets, and prepare executive reports.

Qualifications

Masters degree required.
10+ years of professional work experience.
PM/Program leadership in healthcare systems; PMP or similar cert.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder skills.
MS Office skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Outlook.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic healthcare initiatives in integrated delivery systems.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
Oversee risk, budget, and performance of projects.
Prepare executive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Serve as liaison between consulting teams and client stakeholders.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to organizational knowledge development.
Analyze new and complex project-related problems, creating innovative solutions.
Monitor project progress and adjust for timely, cost-effective completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and objectives.
