Job summary
Eliassen Group is seeking a Jr. Product Manager for a remote, 6–12 month contract focused on HR technology and AI-enabled workflows.
The role translates business needs into actionable requirements, maintains the product backlog, and drives documentation to enable delivery. You will collaborate with a Product Manager and a Principal Product Manager for People Tech, with compensation on a W2 basis and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k with company matching, and life
Qualifications
- Product Management fundamentals.
- Ability to document business processes.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Experience with HR Technology platforms preferred.
- Exposure to AI-enabled products and workflows preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to refine AI use cases.
- Convert completed research into BRDs.
- Define user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain and prioritize feature backlogs.
- Facilitate requirement workshops and stakeholder reviews.
- Document workflow, process, and agent requirements.
- Coordinate delivery activities between business and engineering teams.
- Support product testing and user acceptance activities.
- Track feedback and enhancement requests.
