Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience building or scaling mobile applications.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled products and governance.
• Ability to communicate with engineers and understand APIs and data flows.
• Strong UX/UI judgment for mobile usability.
• Experience using behavioral analytics and customer data for decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication; adaptable and self-directed.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and execution for member-facing web and mobile experiences.
• Drive AI-enabled product initiatives focused on search, member matching, and personalization.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify member needs and translate into priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering on requirements, APIs, architecture, and delivery planning.
• Team with UX and Design to ensure intuitive mobile-first experiences.
• Use analytics to guide prioritization and product improvements.
• Support broader digital transformation and platform modernization efforts.
