Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a senior Product Manager to drive the transformation of a client’s member experience through a new AI-first digital ecosystem. Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience building or scaling mobile applications.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled products and governance.
• Ability to communicate with engineers and understand APIs, data flows, and architecture concepts.
• Strong UX/UI judgment for mobile usability.
• Experience using behavioral analytics and customer data to guide decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Adaptable, accountable, self-directed, and comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and execution for member-facing web and mobile experiences.
• Drive AI-enabled product initiatives focused on search, member matching, personalization, and future intelligent experiences.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify member needs and translate them into product priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering on requirements, APIs, architecture discussions, and delivery planning.
• Partner with UX and Design to ensure mobile-first usability.
• Use analytics and user data to guide prioritization and improvements.
• Support the client’s broader digital transformation and platform modernization.
