Job summary

Openkrill is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist (PPC & Email) to own paid media and email campaigns for U.S.-based clients while coordinating with the broader marketing team. The role emphasizes strategy, execution, and measurable growth through experimentation and data analysis.

You will build strategy, launch campaigns, and optimize performance across channels, driving acquisition, retention, and revenue. Fully remote with EST hours, collaboration with creative and content teams is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing, growth marketing, or related role.
• Experience in DTC, ecommerce, or consumer brands preferred.
• Hands-on in paid advertising campaigns.
• Hands-on in email marketing campaigns.
• Ability to connect activity with business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with acquisition, retention, and revenue objectives.
• Translate company goals into actionable marketing plans and channel priorities.
• Develop campaigns across the customer journey from awareness to conversion and retention.
