Job summary

Brooksource is seeking a Junior MDM Analyst to support SAP Master Data governance and analytics initiatives. The role targets recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to learn data management, reporting, and process improvement.

You will gain exposure to Tableau, Power BI, and Python while contributing to data accuracy and governance. The position is contract-to-hire and 100% remote (EST hours), offering hands-on projects and growth in a collaborative team environment within Eight

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Internship, academic, or professional experience with data, reporting, or business systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Exposure to Tableau, Power BI, Python, SQL, or similar analytics tools is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update Master Data in SAP.
• Support data onboarding, validation, and maintenance activities.
• Perform data audits and assist with data quality initiatives.
• Work with stakeholders to resolve data-related issues.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across systems.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau or similar tools.
• Support automation and process improvement initiatives using Python or other technologies.
• Assist with documentation, procedures, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Analyze trends and metrics to help improve operational efficiency.
