Job summary

National Software Managment is seeking an Entry-Level Business/Data Analyst to support reporting, data analysis, and process initiatives in a remote setting. This role is ideal for graduates and early-career professionals who want to develop practical analytical skills on real business projects.

You will build dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau, analyze data to identify trends, and document requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
0–1 years of analytical, business, operations, or project experience.
Internship experience, academic projects, and relevant training will be considered.
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable presenting information and explaining findings.
Basic knowledge of spreadsheets, reporting, or data visualization tools.
Ability to learn quickly and manage priorities in a remote work setting.

Responsibilities

Analyze business and operational data to help identify trends and areas for improvement.
Gather information from stakeholders and assist in defining business needs.
Prepare process documentation, workflow diagrams, and project-related materials.
Build recurring reports and visual dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable tools.
Participate in testing activities and document defects, observations, and outcomes.
Organize project documentation and ensure information is easy to access and maintain.
Work with multiple teams to support operational improvements and project deliverables.
